The Presidents Council
The Council shall be the overseer of all clubs & organizations. The purpose of this organization shall be to funish all equipment and supplies needed in the kitchen such as appliances, dishes, silverware, etc. Members in this organization shall consist of the presidents of all the organization of People's Community Church.
Presidents duties: The President shall chair each President Council meeting held every other month during each calendar year. If the President is absent or cannot be present then the Vice-President shall fill in. Each meeting shall have a President or a person to represent each auxiliary attend the meeting to report to the Council on activities that each club or group is planning or working on sponsoring.
The President of the Council shall be the liaison between the Minister and Chairperson of the Trustee and Steward board for information that each President should know. The President of the council is the overseer of the kitchen at People's Community Church. This consist of making sure all items are kept up and usable in the kitchen. Items, includestove, refrigerators, ice makers, dishes, cooking utensil, etc. The President also supervise ,and checks the kitchen calendar to make sure that when the kitchen is being used that the responsible club or group maintain and leave the kitchen in a clean usable state for the next user.
